Singapore, Brunei, and Japan have the visa
exemption agreement with China, passport holders
from other countries need the visa to enter China.
Participants can apply for a visa at the Chinese embassy or consulate in the region in which they live. To avoid uncertainty, participants will be advised to apply for a visa as early as possible. It is recommended that they apply for a Chinese visa at least 1 month in advance.
For most attendees, it is easier to apply for a Tourist ("L") visa; an invitation letter is NOT required for obtaining a Tourist visa.

assist with the VISA process beyond providing the
Notification of Invitation Letter.
The registration fee cannot be refunded when the
VISA application of individual being denied.
A Letter of Invitation is a proof that your paper submission and registration application are accepted by the conference committee board. It perhaps could help with your visa application. However, it does not guarantee you a visa.
The invitation leter will be issued ONLY after you have registered and full payment has been received.
All the information provided to issue the
invitation letters should be listed exactly as it
appears on your passport.
Rejection of visa application cannot be the reason to require fee refund.
